hotel grand kayalar

the room was too small, bathroom is not comfortable, not so clean, beds is not clean .

Cheap on booking.com,

Too many beds in rooms, breakfast not much choice, old style single lift, no light in stairs area, 15 minutes walk from city centre.

Passable

I was arrived night time and I aks some help he can’t speak English he’s so rude I never go to this hotel

it was a good stay . clean . staff was helpful but as per every hotel in turkey . no english

LocationCleanlinessBreakfast

AC power wasnt very good

Location is good close to city and beaches.

The rooms were not as clean, the facility is smoking so the room had cigarette smell in the room. The sheets and towels had bad smell.

The hotel was situated very close to restaurants, shops and the main bus station. The hotel managers were all very helpful and were friendly, they did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Fulfilled all our needs, nit far from the airport and the beach. Big rooms with fully working air conditioning that was needed for our stay.

perfect location and cute rooms

dirty floors, very bad breakfast ( moldy fruits and poor quality of food)

the only thing it liked about the property was the cleaning staff and reception staff as they were much friendly and co operating but the people in breakfast area were rude

the blocked drainage , leaking fridge water , broken shower , no hangings in the bathrooms , broken fridge

Bad

Dirty and smelly hotel absolutely does not match the description and photos on the internet.

Nothing, except a friendly person at the reception.

I have very reasonable cleanness standards, but our room did not meet them at all (take a look at the pictures). In fact, it was so disgusting that we had to check out and leave the hotel after 2 hours of stay and book another hotel. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is just as poor and undeveloped.Very worn bathroom. Dirty floors and etc….

It was affordable and at a good location. The reception guys Were also helpful.

It smelled like ciggarette and the cleaner did not change the bedsheets any of the days we where there

Cooperative staff especially AhmedDaily cleaning of the roomHot water in bathroom and good air conditioner in roomComfortable clean bedsExcellent location near coffeshops,Mall,Taxi office and public transportations

The small size of cabatDark mirrors and weak refrigerator

the location was excellent and for the price

some staff at reception was unpleasant to talk to. loads of noises in the night. booked a large double room but gave us a single double room. TV didn’t work, batteries looked bitten.

Too bad

The air conditioning was off for two days and I couldn't sleep and I was so tired

Cleanliness

Away from tramway station, however; it is affordable

Location was good. Walking distance from centre, beaches and trams. Near local shops and restaurants.Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable beds too.Friendly staffs. Breakfast was reasonable.

Breakfast were limited choices. Lift were not fitted with ac.

everything is great, very close to the city, tram is 3 minutes away, you will never get bored. The staff are wonderful, one of the best staff I ever encountered.

they should improve the breakfast a little bit

Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarkets and shops were conveniently close. Overall fantastic value for money.

The hotel location was nicely close to shops and transport but there was a lot of traffic and the view from our room was not picturesque, to say the least but these things were not greatly important. There were no bars nearby as the hotel is in a strict muslim area but, again, this was not important.
